Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed below.

 

These terms govern all services, memberships, digital products, consultations, lab interpretation sessions, classes, webinars, workshops, and communications offered by Natural Diadem®, Beyond the Symptoms™, and Equipoise by J®. Your purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement.

2. No Medical Services Provided 

You understand and agree that: 

  • J’Nique Smith does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. 

  • All services are educational and informational in nature. 

  • Functional lab tests offered are not medical diagnostic tools; they are wellness assessments. 

  • Any nutritional, supplement, lifestyle, or wellness guidance is educational and must be reviewed with your licensed healthcare provider before implementing. 

You agree to consult your physician regarding any lab results, symptoms, abnormal findings, or protocol changes. 

3. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk 

By purchasing, you voluntarily agree to release, hold harmless, and waive any legal claims against: 

  • J’Nique Smith 

  • Natural Diadem® 

  • Beyond the Symptoms™ 

  • Equipoise by J 

  • All independent representatives, partners, associates, and affiliates

This waiver covers any injury, loss, or consequence arising from:

​

  • Use or misuse of educational information 

  • Supplement, dietary, or lifestyle changes 

  • Interpretation of functional lab results 

  • Failure to consult your physician 

  • Pre-existing or undiagnosed medical conditions 

  • Decisions you make based on guidance provided

You acknowledge that all decisions for your health remain your sole responsibility. 

4. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure

Upon purchase, you receive access to proprietary materials that are fully owned by J’Nique Smith and her companies.


This includes:

​

  • Protocols 

  • Guides 

  • Digital products 

  • Training materials 

  • Class recordings 

  • Membership resources 

  • Frameworks, methodologies, and systems 

  • ​

You agree: 

 

  • Not to copy, share, distribute, reproduce, teach, or repurpose ANY materials. 

  • Not to publish, screenshot, record, or share content inside client portals or communities. 

  • Not to use J’Nique's intellectual property to build competing products or services. 


Violation of this agreement may result in legal action. 

5. Refund Policy (Strict No-Refund Policy) 

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or credits are issued for any reason,


including: 

 

  • Dissatisfaction with content 

  • Incomplete participation 

  • Change in financial status 

  • Change in personal circumstances 

  • Missed classes or sessions 

  • Failure to utilize services 

  • Perceived lack of results 

  • Technical issues on your device 

  • Early cancellation 

  • Membership non-usage 


This applies to all: 

 

  • Memberships 

  • Digital products 

  • Guides and e-books 

  • Webinars and workshops 

  • Lab interpretations 

  • Coaching programs 

  • Detox groups 

  • Masterclasses 

  • Functional medicine programs

Only exception: Duplicate charges made in error, which may be refunded or credited. 

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Plans


If you select a payment plan, you agree to: 

  • Complete all scheduled payments in full 

  • Understand that payment plans are installment contracts, not subscriptions 

  • Remain financially responsible regardless of participation or completion

 

Payment plans cannot be paused, delayed, altered, or canceled.


6.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

  • The system will auto-retry 

  • You must update payment information promptly 

  • Access may be paused until the balance is resolved  

7. Chargeback Policy

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for any reason. 
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

 

  • Immediate loss of access 

  • Submission of purchase evidence to your bank 

  • Collections proceedings 

  • Legal action to recover fees, damages, and administrative costs

Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent attempts to overturn this binding agreement. 

8. Service Access Policies

Access May Be Revoked For:​

​

  • Non-payment 

  • NDA violations 

  • Sharing or misuse of materials 

  • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct 

  • Breach of confidentiality 

  • Attempted chargebacks 

​

Loss of access does not remove your payment obligations. 

9. Cancellation Policy

Memberships (6- or 12-Month Terms):

​

  • Cannot be canceled early. 

  • No prorated refunds. 

  • All monthly installments must be completed.

​

1:1 Coaching: 

 

  • Full program fees remain due regardless of attendance. 

  • Missed appointments are forfeited. 

  • Sessions require 24 hours advance notice to reschedule. 

​

Webinars, Workshops, Masterclasses: 

 

  • All sales final. 

  • No cancellations or refunds.

10. Lab Interpretation Policies 

  • Payment is required at time of booking. 

  • No transfers, exchanges, or refunds. 

  • No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session. 

  • Lab interpretation is educational only. 

11. Confidentiality 

You understand that: 

 

  • Your personal health information is kept private unless disclosure is required by law. 

  • Natural Diadem / Equipoise by J are not HIPAA entities but follow best practices for privacy. 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of: 

 

  • The United States Virgin Islands

and 

  • The State of Wyoming 


Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising under these terms shall be handled exclusively within these jurisdictions. 

13. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:

 

  • You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. 

  • You fully accept responsibility for your choices, actions, and results. 

  • You consent to the Liability Waiver, NDA terms, and No-Refund Policy. 

  • You understand this agreement is legally binding.
