Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY 

General Policy Structure 


The following terms apply to all services, programs, memberships, classes, consultations, digital products, lab interpretations, and communications provided by Natural Diadem®, Beyond the Symptoms™, and Equipoise by J®.

 

These terms are legally binding and enforceable at the time of purchase. 

REFUND POLICY

No Refunds 
All sales are final. 
No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or credits are granted under any circumstances, including 


but not limited to: 

​

  • dissatisfaction with content 

  • change of personal circumstances 

  • perceived lack of results 

  • incomplete participation 

  • inability to attend live classes 

  • inability to complete coursework 

  • changes in financial status 

  • unsubscribing before program completion 

  • failure to utilize services 

  •  technical issues on the client’s device or connection

This applies to: 

 

  • Beyond the Symptoms Membership (6 and 12-month terms) 

  • 1:1 Coaching Programs (6 and 12-month terms) 

  • Lab Interpretation Sessions 

  • Digital Guides, E-books, and PDF Products 

  • Webinars, Workshops, and Masterclasses (including early-bird pricing) 

  • Functional Detox Groups 

  • All downloadable or view-only materials

No partial refunds are provided for unused time or early cancellation. 


Exception: Only acceptable refund is for double charge for a service. Client can decide for refund or applying payment for increase in service or another service of Natural Diadem or Equipoise by J.

PAYMENT TERMS (ALL SERVICES)

Payment Plans Are Legally Binding 


If the client elects a payment plan, the client is legally responsible for all scheduled payments, regardless of participation or completion. 


Payment plans are not subscriptions. 
They are installment agreements. 
Failure to complete installments is a breach of contract. 


Failed Payments 


If a payment fails: 

 

  • The system will automatically retry according to the payment processor schedule 
    The outstanding balance remains due in full 

  • The client will be notified via email to update payment details 

  • Access to services may be paused until payment is resolved 

  • Continued failed payments may result in removal from programs 


Natural Diadem reserves the right to send unpaid balances to collections or pursue legal 
remedy if necessary. 


No Pausing of Payments 
Payment plans cannot be paused, delayed, suspended, or altered. 


No Transfer of Credits 
Payments cannot be transferred to another program, membership, product, or person.

ENROLLMENT RULES

Beyond the Symptoms Membership

 

  • Membership is offered in 6- or 12-month terms. 
     

  • Enrollment binds the client to the full term selected. 

  • No early cancellations or prorated refunds are permitted. 

  • Monthly payers must complete all monthly installments for the term. 

  • Failure to complete payments does not terminate the client’s obligation.


1:1 Coaching Enrollment

 

  • Enrollment in a 1:1 program constitutes acceptance of the full program duration. 

  • Clients must complete the full payment amount. 

  • Missing appointments does not relieve the client of financial responsibility.​

  • Rescheduling is subject to policy and availability. â€‹

 

Session Cancellation 

  •  A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule. 

  • Sessions cancelled or missed without sufficient notice are forfeited. 

  • Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the program without refund.

Lab Interpretation Sessions 

​

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. 

  • Sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, split, or exchanged. 

  • All cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session.​

Webinars, Masterclasses, and Workshops 

​

  • All purchases are final. 

  • No refunds for missed events or inability to attend live. 

  • Replays, if offered, are a courtesy and not guaranteed. 

​​

Digital Products 

​

  • Instant-access digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

  • No exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Membership Cancellation 


Early cancellation is not permitted for 6- or 12-month terms. 


Clients who discontinue participation remain financially responsible for all remaining installments. 


Workshop and Webinar Cancellation 


No cancellations accepted. 
No credits will be issued.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES 

Prohibition on Chargebacks


The client agrees not to initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. 


Unauthorized Chargebacks 

If a client initiates a chargeback, the following actions may occur: 

​

  • Immediate revocation of access to all services 

  • Submission of all proof of agreement to the financial institution 

  • Engagement of collections processes for the outstanding amount 

  • Legal action to recover fees, damages, and costs associated with the dispute 


Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent attempts to circumvent binding agreements.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES 

Access Revocation 
Access may be revoked for: 

​

  • failure to complete payments 

  • violation of NDAs 

  • breach of community rules 

  • inappropriate or disruptive behavior 

  • misuse of materials 

  •  confidentiality breaches

​

Revocation does not cancel financial obligations. 
Access After Completion 

 

  • Membership replays remain available for the duration of the selected term. 

  • Clients retain materials given during their program but lose Discord and community access upon completion. 

  • Lab interpretation clients do not receive ongoing communication beyond the session.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT 

By enrolling, the client acknowledges:

 

  • Full financial responsibility for the program selected 

  • Understanding that no refunds are offered 

  • Understanding that payment plans must be completed in full 

  • Awareness that access may be revoked for non-payment 

  • Understanding that chargebacks may result in collections and legal action
